NAZLI TÖNÜK ÇAPAN

Nazlı Tönük Çapan is the managing partner of Sadık & Çapan. Before joining the firm in early 2023, she gained significant experience in top-tier law firms both in Istanbul and London

for more than a decade and also she worked within the
DCM Legal team of an international bank’s Dubai office.

She specializes in capital markets and Islamic finance.

Her experience has a specific focus on capital markets transactions, acting for corporate and financial institution

issuers, underwriters and lead managers in cross-border

and domestic debt and equity offerings (DCM and ECM deals)
involving Reg S/144A issuances and Sukuk transactions.

Nazlı also practises in issuance of warrants and investment

funds, registration and de-registration of foreign investment

funds, custody and clearing arrangements, structuring of

foreign financial institutions in Turkey and general banking

and capital markets regulatory matters.

Nazlı is also experienced in banking and finance, public and private mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
